The Research Studios Austria Forschungsgesellschaft mbH (RSA FG) manages innovations from universities into markets. The not-for-profit company operates a network of five research units called Studios linking the universities in Vienna, Linz, Salzburg and Innsbruck: Smart Agent Technologies (SAT, Vienna: intelligent agent solutions for convergent media); iSPACE (Salzburg: georeferenced technologies and applications); Pervasive Computing Applications (PCA, Linz/Vienna: intelligent back-end systems for living environments); Inter-Organisational Systems: eGovernment-eBusiness (IOS, Vienna: methods and tools for efficient system integration of public administration and businesses); MicroLearning & Information Environments (MINE, Innsbruck/Salzburg/Linz: innovative solutions for easy, sustained learning and knowledge acquisition). The RSA FG collaborates with businesses regionally, nationally and internationally in the area of eTechnologies and Smart Media.
