Data Market Austria – DMA has implemented a strategically and content-wise defined research and development project as a lead project of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology in order to…

  • to demonstrate the technological feasibility of system solutions in the field of data services,
  • build a Proof of Technologies prototype and
  • to demonstrate the added value of a functioning data market for the effective use of artificial intelligence

The project “Data Market Austria” won the FFG tender in the research line “ICT of the Future” and was implemented by a consortium of 16 partners – consisting of non-university research units, industrial partners, SMEs and start-ups.

In a public conference on 18 September 2019 in Vienna, the results will be presented, international reference projects and products will be showcased and innovation leaps for data providers, data infrastructure providers, start-ups and data exploiters will be highlighted. In addition, particularly successful pilot applications in the fields of earth observation and mobility will be presented.
