The Research Studio SAT offers support in the development of these algorithms. The problem definition combines aspects from the areas of data analysis, instance matching and information retrieval, in which SAT can rely on many years of experience from numerous research projects. Particularly noteworthy is the work on matching algorithms for the research line Web of Needs, in which matching procedures based on
Machine Learning were developed.
For this project the concept of the Web of Needs Refinement Service was adapted to the Hokify environment.
In the first year of the project (Project Hokify Employee Sourcing Tool) a sourcing system was developed in an iterative prototyping process as a closed feedback loop, which includes the job database of Hokify, the external target system in which sourcing is operated and the control logic. The sourcing system can now automatically play Hokify jobs into the external system in a suitable form, which are then
retrieve calculated performance indicators and make them available to the control logic
put.
