terravistor GmbH needs scientific competence in the field of geoinformatics
to further develop the products on its real estate valuation platform “Immo-
Service Austria”. On the basis of current methodology, consultative evaluations for the creation of
economic potential analyses of residential and commercial locations.

The service includes the following components:

•  the conception of potential analyses under consideration of the different
  Roles of infrastructural facilities in the economic process and suitable
• spatial analysis methods of geoinformatics (density map, cluster analysis)
  a compilation and evaluation of suitable data bases
• the demonstration of different possibilities of modelling and geovisualisation
  of river basins using regional statistical data
• the development of methods for the estimation of property values based on
  Environment indicators and their validation on the basis of real transactions
