• Evaluation of the requirements of TECHNICAL GUIDELINE V.2.01 FOR INSPIRE METADATA
• Prototyping of the requirements of TECHNICAL GUIDELINE V.2.01 FOR INSPIRE METADATA with Open Source Geoportal Server 1.9 or ArcGIS INSPIRE Geoportal 10.8
• Validation of the conformity of the prototypical metadata schema templates with the INSPIRE Reference Validator

The benefit of this project is the improvement of sustainable metadata documentation for INSPIRE obligated organizations and administrative institutions based on the TECHNICAL GUIDELINE V.2.01 FOR INSPIRE METADATA. With this repeated cooperation of the RSA FG with that of SynerGIS Informationssysteme GmbH the connection between research and economy in the field of organization of spatial data infrastructures is further strengthened. With the new INSPIRE 2.01 compliant metadata schema templates for Open Source Geoportal Server 1.9, authorities and administrative institutions are provided with a new tool to implement the new, increased requirements for a European standardized geodata documentation in the best possible and effective way.
