The path of innovations from the Research Studios to the market will be further professionalized

The majority of innovation projects in larger companies fail. To bring innovations successfully to the market is our mission of the RSA FG. A workshop of the RSA FG with CEO Mag. Johannes Cech and COO Dr. Stephan Jung from the Startup-Manufaktur on January 24, 2020 therefore dealt with the topic of how innovations can be established in the market by means of start-ups.

The Startup Manufaktur has made it its goal to support innovation projects as a contact point with your know-how and to introduce them successfully into the market. Thus, Stefan Jung sees the cooperation as a chance to gain insights into exciting and current research topics on the one hand, and on the other hand to spin off certain future innovation projects of the RSA FG as independent start-ups through their support:

We expect the cooperation to give us access to research topics that offer a high degree of innovation and economically exciting prospects for the future – so that we are ready for a spin-off as a company and can specifically support it with our economic know-how“, Dr. Jung explains the cooperation with the RSA FG.

The successful path from innovation to market launch is essential to ensure the transfer of innovation and knowledge from companies to markets. Prof. Dr. Peter A. Bruck – RSA FG Managing Director sees the forthcoming cooperation with the start-up manufactory as an opportunity for the targeted development and promotion of innovations of the RSA FG:

„We are looking forward to the structured cooperation with the ‘Startup-Manufaktur’ and to your expertise in order to successfully develop more innovative company ideas from our partner universities”, explains Prof. Dr. Bruck.
