Artificial Intelligence Conference Salzburg in May 2019

After the first successful regional DIO stakeholder meeting in Graz on 10 April 2019 with about 20 participants from science, business and administration, the second regional meeting will take place at Fuschlsee near Salzburg on 21 May 2019. Further DIO stakeholder meetings in other Austrian provinces as well as conference participations are planned for the current year (more information soon).

The Data Intelligence Offensive – in short: DIO – newly founded in 2018 on the initiative of the RSA FG is concerned with the promotion of data management in Austria with special emphasis on artificial intelligence (AI). “A change of perspective from an exchange concept to a trading concept, from data exchange to data sharing and trading, with the implementation of European values such as data protection and data sovereignty,” it says programmatically. So it works:

1. new ways of monetization in the data industry (such as smart contracts or data brokers) and

2. the genuinely European ethical perspective on ‘datafication’.

At the second regional stakeholder meeting at Lake Fuschlsee, the DIO’s work priorities and goals for the current year will also be presented.

We look forward to your registration at office@dataintelligence.at.
